All items are handmade to order.
Please allow 2-4 business days for processing before your order ships.
Custom or personalized items may take 3-5 business days depending on design complexity.
Processing time does not include shipping time.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Orders are shipped via USPS
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.
📍 Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
📦 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once your package has been shipped, we are not responsible for postal delays. However, we will gladly help you file a claim if needed.
If your item arrives damaged:
• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear photos of the packaging and damaged item.
